The KYMCO Midi XLS is possibly the best do it all, mid-size 8MPH mobility scooter on the market today. 
 
It is a class 3 so is capable of switching speeds from its 4mph pavement mode up to 8mph for use on a public roads. 
 
Fully automatic braking system. Accessibility and manoeuvrability are what makes the Midi XLS * MPH Mobility Scooter what it is, the Midi XLS motor and transmission can be found on much larger mobility scooters so this is a very powerful little scooter capable of carrying up to 25st.
