The assist-a-tray is an under chair tray/table with an added handle that is designed to make it easier to stand from your favorite sofa or chair.
 
Rise & recline chairs have no gap underthem to acomidate a standard over chair table, which is where the Omni -tray is unique as due to its flat base, it allows for a rise & recline chair, a sofa or a standard arm chair to simply sit on top of it.
